In the summer of 2016, REnVisioning Technologies, LLC (REV-T) was founded with a groundbreaking idea to simplify system integration. Led by AV solutions pioneers Michael Cardoza and Broderic Flannery, both highly experienced Harvard University professionals, the company embarked on a mission to revolutionize the market. Their vision has led to a new era of simplified and efficient system integration, and this innovative approach has set the standard for the industry.

One Integration at a Time

The two founded REV-T with ten years of combined experience creating technology integrations for venues of different sizes and applications, including theatres and classrooms. Their competence areas were digital signage, voice-over IP, projection systems, theatrical lighting, conference room setups, and classroom technology.

From Condo to Business: The Evolution of REV-T

REV-T began modestly by offering HDMI adaptor rings from Liberty AV for sale on Amazon. Their aspirations increased along with the demand. The business has outgrown its condo in 2017 and moved into an 1897 double garage. Michael and Broderic were part-time business owners who chose their clients carefully, emphasizing quality above quantity.

Unveiling Full-Service: Making the Vision a Reality

A significant turning point for REV-T came in February 2019, when it became a full-service system integrator. The necessity for a physical location arose with this evolution, and on June 1, 2019, REV-T proudly debuted its design and experience center in Canton, Massachusetts. Recognized as a tiny firm, REV-T distinguishes itself with custom integrations and white-glove service.

Michael Cardoza, CTS

CEO, Co-founder

Michael Cardoza, who has been in the IT/AV industry for more than ten years, is not only a CEO but also a pioneer in cutting-edge AV design. Michael has shaped the technology landscape at Harvard University and Co-founded REV-T in 2016. His experience spans lecture halls, tiny meeting rooms, and large auditoriums. Michael, a former manager of AV Systems Integrations at Harvard Medical School, is defined by his dedication to remaining at the forefront of AV and IT growth. He is a leader and an architect of remarkable audio-visual experiences, having earned certifications as a CTS and DMC-E-4K from Avixa.

Broderic Flannery, CTS

Vice President, Co-founder

Broderic Flannery’s Co-founding of REV-T in 2016 is a testament to his passion for audiovisual and information technology (AV/IT), a field he first developed an interest in while serving in his high school’s technical department in the theater arts. Broderic’s career has seen him install, design, and maintain spaces of various sizes and complexities, lending a wealth of experience to his work at REV-T. At Harvard University, he oversaw installations and services at the prestigious Harvard Medical School, further cementing his expertise in the field. Broderic’s approach emphasizes the user experience and streamlined technology. As a CTS certified by Avixa and an OSHA 30 certified individual, he is more than just a vice president; he is a visionary who guides the direction of AV excellence.

As our Vice President of AV excellence, David Leonard offers much knowledge and experience. David has an in-depth understanding of the nuances of AV technology and is a certified CTS by Avixa. He is a core member of our leadership team because of his dedication to providing excellent solutions.
